• Business Data: For business accounts, we collect business names, addresses, tax IDs (where applicable), and promotional content.

• User Content: Photos, event descriptions, and comments you post.
• Usage and Device Data: IP address, device ID, operating system, and how you interact with the App (clicks, views, search queries).
• Payment Information: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Display events and businesses based on your current location.
• Process transactions and send related information (confirmations/invoices).

Vibyra has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and exploitation. We are committed to providing a safe environment. Any user found sharing or promoting such content will have their account terminated immediately without notice and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. Users can report any suspicious activity using the "Report" button in any event or profile.
